Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities across various functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and designing effective sourcing strategies. The individual will maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities also include supporting employer branding initiatives, managing offer negotiations and onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment expertise, including Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment for diverse roles and experience levels.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and candidates clearly and professionally.
- Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the company’s value proposition across digital channels and events.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and work under timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to fair, unbiased hiring practices and a strong candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in high-growth tech, proptech, or startup environments is preferred.
