Role Description

The responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong employer brand. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting the organization in hiring for diverse roles across departments.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment processes
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
- Experience in Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver results within deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate or related industries is an advantage
