Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at our Gurugram office. In this on-site role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending job offers. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, develop employer branding strategies, and enhance our recruitment processes. Additionally, you will focus on identifying and attracting top talent, including specialized IT recruitment roles, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with candidates and teams professionally and effectively.
- Expertise in Employer Branding to develop and promote an attractive company image to potential candidates.
- Experience in IT Recruitment, with familiarity in technical roles and industry-specific talent needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to meet hiring goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in using recruitment management tools or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is advantageous.
