Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

🚀 About the Role
We’re hiring for a fast-growing startup client based in Technopark, Trivandrum — and we’re not looking for someone who just “fills roles.”
We need someone who figures things out, takes action, and builds teams from the ground up.
If you’re proactive, hands-on, and love ownership — this one’s for you.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage and execute the complete onboarding cycle for new hires
- Handle employee profiling and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Actively source candidates using multiple channels and strategies
- Work across HR + HR Operations (a strong mix of both worlds)
- Hire for IT and non-IT roles (IT hiring experience preferred)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively
- Coordinate and manage interviews for candidates across India & the UK
- Be hands-on with job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team on hiring strategies
- Leverage AI tools and modern hiring techniques to improve efficiency
- Build and scale teams in a fast-growing startup environment
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
- Strong exposure to IT hiring
- Excellent communication skills (you’ll be dealing with global stakeholders)
- Someone who is:
- Proactive
- Action-oriented
- Resourceful (“figure-it-out” mindset)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
