We are looking for a driven and career-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about recruitment and open to leveraging AI tools to enhance hiring efficiency and productivity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination till candidate onboarding.
- Utilize AI tools and modern platforms to improve candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring speed.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Ensure smooth communication, follow-ups, and positive candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
