Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for offline operations and customer experience functions.
- Hire for frontline roles, including hair coaches, assistant store managers, store managers, customer experience associates, team leads, operations executives, and other business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Drive high-volume sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-in drives, and local hiring channels.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates within defined timelines.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor hiring research to identify talent pools.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills, cultural fit, stability, customer orientation, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary discussions, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Follow up regularly with selected candidates to improve joining conversions.
- Proactively manage offer dropouts and no-show risks.
- Collaborate with business leaders, store operations teams, and customer experience stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, market insights, and recruitment challenges.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Track sourcing effectiveness, interview conversion rates, offer-to-join ratios, and hiring turnaround times.
- Ensure recruitment data accuracy and compliance with hiring processes.
