Job Opportunity : Talent Acquisition Executive
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles independently
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate and pipeline data
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closures
- Handle offer rollout, onboarding documentation, and joining formalities
- Conduct background verification for selected candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring timelines
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (in-house preferred)
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
