Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Human Resource - Talent Acquisition Executive. The primary responsibilities include handling human resource management tasks, performing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies. The role involves managing the complete hiring process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and contributing to building a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resource Management and HR Operations
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations and ability to manage interpersonal dynamics in the workplace
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in hiring or talent acquisition in the education or technology sector is a plus
