Job Role: Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter (Fresher)

TekPillar is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about recruitment and want to gain hands-on experience with modern sourcing techniques and AI-driven hiring tools.
You will work in a structured, performance-driven environment, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while building strong candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding coordination)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and AI tools
- Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and experience
- Track recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring pipelines
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge or exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and coordination abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a strong learning attitude
