TekPillar is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are interested in recruitment and want to gain hands-on experience with modern sourcing techniques and AI-driven hiring tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding coordination
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and AI-based tools
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring pipelines
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge or exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and coordination abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a strong learning attitude
