Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher). The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including identifying and hiring qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and building strong employer branding strategies. They will collaborate closely with team members to meet the organization's talent needs and ensure alignment with its mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with an understanding of IT Recruitment processes
• Proficient in Communication and Candidate Relationship Management
• Experience or ability to develop Employer Branding initiatives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
