Role Overview
We are hiring Talent Acquisition Executives to support large scale blue collar recruitment for a leading automotive client Tata Motors plant. You will play a key role in sourcing screening and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely hiring delivery
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end blue collar recruitment lifecycle
Source candidates through field hiring job portals and local networks
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Build hiring pipelines through ITI institutes and local outreach programs
Track and manage open positions with strong follow up discipline
Ensure compliance with hiring SLAs and documentation requirements
Handle bulk hiring for NAPS NATS and temporary workforce preferred
Required Skills
Strong experience in blue collar or bulk hiring
Good understanding of local hiring market and sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel for hiring drives and campus outreach
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel MS Outlook and SAP preferred
Strong analytical and coordination skills
