Job Description: Talent Acquisition ExecutiveRole Purpose
To manage end-to-end recruitment processes and handle HR administrative and office coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct initial HR interviews.
• Manage candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Support internship hiring and coordination.
2. Joining & Documentation
• Manage joining formalities and documentation.
• Collect and verify employee documents.
• Create and maintain employee files.
• Maintain HR database and records.
• Issue ID cards and coordinate system access.
3. HR Documentation
• Prepare HR letters (offer letters, Joining letters, Appointment Letters).
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Update employee data sheets.
4. Office Administration
• Coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
• Manage petty cash related to HR/admin expenses.
• Coordinate office supplies and inventory.
• Handle courier, visitors, and logistics coordination.
• Maintain company accommodation records.
5. Exit Formalities
• Handle exit documentation.
• Coordinate clearance process.
• Support full and final settlement documentation.
