Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for our UAE operations.
Preference: Female candidates with prior Gulf recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for UAE-based clients, with good knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for UAE clients
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Conduct screening and coordinate interviews
- Handle offer negotiation and closures
- Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Mandatory Gulf / UAE recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with good closure rate
- Ability to work independently (WFH setup)
