We’re Hiring – Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong expertise in passive hunting and sourcing techniques
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search & X-Ray Search
- Ability to work on requirements across different industries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in candidate screening, coordination, and offer follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and engage quality candidates through various channels
- Handle recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
