Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Fluent English is a must (Ability to speak, write, listen & read English)
- Experience in hiring at all levels, including Manager, Senior-level, and Junior-level positions
- Must have experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Excellent knowledge of recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers
- Screening candidates from different job portals (i.e. Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social networking sites, etc.)
- Ability to understand job requirements and build strategies for the best results
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates relevant to the requirements
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage database/pool creation for ongoing and upcoming requirements
- Maintaining reports and candidate databases
- Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously
