Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring requirements with quick turnaround time.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles as per business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers for requirement understanding and hiring alignment.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in sales hiring/revenue hiring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms.
- Healthtech/startup hiring experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills :
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
