Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, implementing employer branding strategies, and coordinating and conducting interviews to ensure successful placements in key roles. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting.
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles is preferred
