Role Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build and scale our hiring process. In this role, you will work closely with the founder and senior leadership team, gaining direct exposure to business decisions, hiring strategy, and organizational growth.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how high-performing teams are built while developing expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Employer Branding techniques and strategies
- Proven ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Past experience in recruiting for eCommerce or digital marketing roles is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create and refine job descriptions for various roles
- Post jobs on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant channels
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Review and screen resumes based on hiring requirements
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Assess candidate fit based on predefined criteria
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and hiring trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Use AI tools and recruitment software to improve efficiency
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Present shortlisted candidates for further evaluation
Remote (Full-Time)
Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and fit)
