A Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of talent aligned with company goals. They partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, implement sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and job boards, and provide a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and networking, and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including creating job descriptions, posting ads, scheduling interviews, and gathering feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and provide updates on hiring targets.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience for applicants.
- Data & Metrics: Prepare recruitment reports and track industry trends.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, typically 3–5 years.
- Tools: Proficiency in professional networks & Job Boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
