Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive - Academy of Vedic Vidya, SkillEnable Edutech Pvt. Ltd.
- Location: Ballygunge (Onsite)
- Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Work Schedule: 5.5 Days a Week

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and helping us attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in offer rollouts and joining coordination
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Immediate joiners preferred
