Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Chennai. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, implementing effective employer branding strategies, and specializing in IT recruitment to meet organizational needs. The role requires regular communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in Employer Branding, showcasing expertise in positioning the organization as a premier employer.
- Experience in IT Recruitment, with the ability to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
