🔍 Experience Required: 1+ years in Talent Acquisition
📍 Location Focus: Experience in hiring for East locations is highly preferred
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing requirements
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
