Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter
Location: Noida
Experience: 0.6 months to 3 years

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from office)
Working Days: 5 Days, Monday to Friday.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Recruiter with mandatory experience in bulk and niche hiring across multiple domains including BPO, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automation / Automotive and Solar etc. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-volume hiring as well as specialized roles, with strong closure capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains
- Manage bulk hiring (BPO) and niche hiring.
- Exposure on entry to leadership hiring. (Junior, Medium, Senior level).
- Understand job requirements and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines
- Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Ensure position closures within TAT
- Maintain candidate trackers and databases
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines across all domains
What we’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in Bulk hiring for BPO / Sales roles
- Proven ability to handle both volume and niche hiring
- Experience in consultancy / staffing firm
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualification:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
