Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Talent Acquisition Executive at RAYNAS GEOTECH PVT. LTD. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates for technical and IT-related roles, conducting interviews, and constantly improving recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to foster relationships with candidates and colleagues
- Experience with Employer Branding strategies and initiatives
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Udaipur
- Previous experience in engineering or technical recruitment is an advantage
