Position Title: Talent Acquisition Executive – IT & Technical Hiring (India- Hyderabad- Remote)
Reporting To: TAG Manager
Location: Office-based (Hyderabad preferred); other major metros considered based on project alignment)
Experience Required: 2 – 7 years (relevant hands-on experience in IT/Technical recruitment end to end Hands on)
Shift: Aligned to business needs (may include 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM or flexible office hours as per active project requirements).
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
Role Overview
Prudent Globaltech Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for Talent Acquisition Executives to support our IT and technical hiring needs, especially for cutting-edge tech for full-scale development, backend modernization initiatives, DevSecOps practices, and Cybersecurity product lines.
Your primary responsibility is to build a strong pipeline of skilled technical talent that aligns with our requirements — including proficiency in Frontend/Backend, Data Science / Data Engineering - Golang for cloud-native services, Docker/Kubernetes, secure API development, and DevSecOps, Cisco/Splunk, Palantir, and other support services. You will work closely with hiring managers, architects, and project leads to ensure you attract candidates who can deliver responsive UIs, migrate legacy systems to modern Go microservices, and operate effectively in zero-trust, security-sensitive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and technical architects to understand detailed role specifications, skill requirements, and project timelines.
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies — from sourcing to onboarding — with a strong focus on quality, diversity, and speed of hire.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, Boolean search, and networking in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary technical discussions, coordinate interviews with architects and stakeholders, and manage offer negotiations while ensuring competitive yet prudent compensation structures.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical skills.
- Ensure candidate experience remains positive and professional, while embedding security and compliance awareness during the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and quality of hire) and provide regular dashboards to leadership.
- Support internal mobility, fresher hiring programs, and campus connect initiatives where required.
- Stay updated on market salary trends, skill availability, and competitor hiring practices in the Indian IT landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of proven experience in IT/Technical Talent Acquisition, preferably in product/services companies.
- Strong understanding of technical skills: HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, Angular framework, TypeScript, Bootstrap, RESTful services, Golang basics or backend concepts, Docker/K8s, DevSecOps principles.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (for reporting), and HR tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Analytics, or AI-powered hiring tools.
- Prior experience in Healthcare/IT services or companies with strict security and on-site mandates.
- Knowledge of current 2026 trends: skills-first hiring, AI-assisted screening, and focus on mid-level talent with practical project experience.
