Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the pharmaceutical domain.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and campus drives.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA, etc.).
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Represent the company at job fairs and career events.
