Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition (1-2 years) to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR and recruitment, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with job portals like Naukri or LinkedIn
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Interest in HR analytics or employer branding
