Job Role : Talent Acquisition Executive
Location : Bangalore ( Bommanahalli )
At Printo, we’re building a strong in-house recruitment function to support our growing teams across Retail, Operations, Production, and Support functions.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of hands-on experience in non-tech hiring
- Strong experience with Naukri Resdex (must-have)
- Exposure to bulk hiring or recruitment drives
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Retail hiring experience is a strong plus
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end hiring across retail, operations, support, marketing, finance & more
- Build strong candidate pipelines using Naukri Resdex, Job Hai, and other platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close roles efficiently
- Manage screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation & candidate experience
- Drive hiring trackers, dashboards, and improve recruitment processes
