Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / Talent Acquisition Associate (Non-IT)
Location: Mumbai – Airoli

Job Description:
NR Consulting is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professionals to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Non-IT hiring, bulk hiring, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage bulk/volume hiring requirements within timelines
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders for hiring updates
• Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in BPO, FP&A, Operations, or Non-IT hiring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Experience working on multiple client requirements
• Knowledge of Workday portal is an added advantage
• Must have own laptop
