We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive
Experience : 1-2 Years
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Work Location: Bangalore
Qualification: MBA in HR
We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment and support employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
• Source and screen candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring data
• Support smooth onboarding of new employees
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, team events, and cultural programs
• Coordinate event logistics and drive employee participation
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
• Creative thinking for employee engagement
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
