Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR professional who can manage recruitment along with planning and executing employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with employees, organizing events, and building a positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track feedback
- Maintain recruitment data and hiring trackers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
Employee Engagement & Events:- Plan and organize employee engagement activities (festivals, celebrations, team events, etc.)
- Coordinate internal events such as annual day, team outings, and cultural activities
- Drive employee participation and engagement initiatives
- Work with internal teams for event planning, logistics, and execution
- Collect feedback and continuously improve engagement programs
- Support in creating a positive and inclusive work environment
Required Skills- Strong communication and documentation skills (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Creative thinking for engagement activities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
