Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to join our growing team. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end hiring process, creating effective employer branding strategies, collaborating with managers to identify hiring needs, and ensuring an efficient candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- End to End recruitment on all levels based on the Hiring Plan for the Month.
- Creating a talent pool for each role.
- Sourcing relevant profiles as per the requirement through various hiring channels.
- Understand each role requirement and create Job Descriptions with the Hiring Manager.
- Conduct telephone interview rounds with the applicants.
- Set up and keep a track with interview schedules.
- Recruit and close openings with prospective candidates within the role budget.
- Escalate and discuss roadblocks while sourcing with the Reporting Manager.
- Perform within the set Recruitment Metric targets.
- Building Solid Internal and External Recruitment Process.
Requirements :
- Excellent knowledge of the overall talent acquisition process.
- Minimum 1 years of work experience in pure talent acquisition or similar role.
- Understanding current HR Practices.
- Experience with sourcing techniques through Naukri,com / LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
