Are you passionate about recruitment and looking to grow your career in Talent Acquisition? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring across manufacturing and corporate functions.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment (junior to mid-level roles)
✔ Sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn & references
✔ Screening & coordinating interviews
✔ Managing ATS & recruitment reports
✔ Vendor/consultancy coordination
✔ Campus hiring support
✔ Candidate & stakeholder management
✔ Employer branding initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* MBA in HR / Graduate with relevant experience
* 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition
* Strong sourcing & coordination skills
* Exposure to ATS & vendor management
* Campus hiring experience (preferred)
