Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience. Candidates with experience hiring for Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, or Startup roles will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in agency recruitment or hiring for Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Sales, or Startup roles is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
