Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – HSR Layout)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles, including volume hiring and support for niche mandates. The role requires strong sourcing skills, coordination ability, and ownership in driving closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and joining follow-ups.
- Handle volume hiring and support niche/1:1 hiring requirements.
- Assist in planning and executing hiring drives (virtual/in-person).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals using Boolean search.
- Maintain ATS hygiene and track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversions, offer-to-join).
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (tech + non-tech exposure preferred).
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable with ATS, Excel/Google Sheets.
- High ownership, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Note - Working Days: 5 days (availability on 6th day for hiring drives if required).
