Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with strong communication skills and a passion for hiring in the technology domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure (internship or full-time) in hiring for niche tech roles and experience working with IT Services clients to fulfill their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and niche technology roles
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain strong communication with clients and provide regular hiring updates
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche tech skills
- Maintain candidate data and reports in ATS/trackers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (Internship experience is acceptable)
- Exposure to hiring for niche technology roles (e.g., AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, ERP, etc.)
- Experience working with IT Services clients is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and client interaction skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
