Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, based in Rudrapur.

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient onboarding process.

Job Role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
• Source top talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed, as well as creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Experience:

• Proven experience 2-4 Years in Hiring, Recruiting for Manufacturing Setups.
• Candidates from Recruitment consultancy will be preferred.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
