Role Overview
The TA Specialist will drive our end-to-end recruitment process, build a strong candidate pipeline, and help us scale rapidly while maintaining a high hiring bar. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design recruitment strategies that reflect our growth ambitions and cultural ethos.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring Strategy & Planning
○ Work closely with department heads to define manpower planning
○ Set clear hiring goals and manage hiring pipelines for various departments
2. Sourcing & Screening
○ Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, campus drives) to source candidates
○ Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles effectively
3. Interview Coordination & Execution
○ Schedule and manage interview rounds with internal teams
○ Conduct HR rounds and support final offer roll-outs
4. Candidate Experience
○ Maintain a smooth, transparent, and timely communication with candidates
○ Build rapport with potential hires and ensure a positive employer image
5. Data & Reporting
○ Track metrics like time-to-hire, offer dropouts, and source effectiveness
○ Present weekly dashboards to HR and leadership
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related discipline
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and recruitment portals
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
