Role Overview
This is a hands-on hiring role at the heart of our recruitment engine. You'll own the day-to-day of talent acquisition: finding the right people, running first conversations, keeping interviews moving, and making sure our hiring data is always clean and current. It's the perfect seat for someone early in their TA career who wants real ownership and wants to see how hiring gets built inside a growing startup.
Key Responsibilities
• Source strong candidates across roles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and our talent database.
• Run first-round screening calls to assess fit, interest, and basic qualifications before handing profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews end to end: scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and keeping candidates and
interviewers aligned.
• Be the point of contact candidates rely on, giving timely updates and a warm, professional experience at every step.
• Maintain accurate hiring data across our ATS and trackers so pipelines, statuses, and reporting are always up to date.
• Keep candidate records, feedback, and interview notes organised and easy to pull for the team.
• Support the wider People team on hiring drives, offer roll-outs, and onboarding coordination when needed.
