Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Federal Way, WA. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop employer branding strategies, and build strong talent pipelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and recruiting for both general and specialized positions. The individual will also oversee IT recruitment as needed, and ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hiring and Recruiting, including talent acquisition best practices and selection processes
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams
- Experience with Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent
- Knowledge of IT Recruitment and familiarity with hiring for technical roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in recruitment within healthcare or caregiving-focused industries is a plus
