About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 2+ years of experience to support our hiring needs. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in hiring for IT roles, including Cyber Security positions, and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
You will be responsible for sourcing top technical talent, building strong talent pipelines, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand technical and non-technical job descriptions, hiring needs, and business requirements.
- Manage hiring for IT roles, including Cyber Security positions such as:
- VAPT
- SOC
- Network Security
- GRC
- Cloud Security
- Application Security
- Software Development
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates through:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Naukri
- Indeed
- Monster
- Foundit
- Hirist
- Instahyre
- Cutshort
- Utilize social media, networking, referrals, and proactive headhunting techniques.
- Build strong pipelines for technical, cybersecurity, and business roles.
- Screening & Evaluation
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess:
- Technical background
- Communication skills
- Organizational fit
- Salary expectations
- Coordinate interview feedback and maintain candidate communication.
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule and manage technical and HR interview rounds.
- Coordinate assessments, technical evaluations, and hiring manager discussions.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Recruitment Operations
- Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation.
- Generate recruitment MIS, hiring analytics, and status reports.
- Onboarding Support
- Assist in offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining processes.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Mandatory experience in IT and Cyber Security hiring.
- Strong knowledge of technical hiring for cybersecurity and IT domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in IT recruitment and Cyber Security hiring is Preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and niche hiring.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity roles such as VAPT, SOC, GRC, Cloud Security, and Application Security.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
