Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves tasks such as developing recruitment strategies, managing employer branding, handling end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with department heads to identify hiring requirements. The role also involves IT recruitment and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting for diverse roles
- Strong Communication skills for clear and effective collaboration
- Experience in Employer Branding initiatives and strategies
- Knowledge and experience in NON IT Recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Min 3 years of Recruitment.
