Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive- Non -IT Recruiter

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA- HR would be preferable)

Experience: Minimum 2 - 4 years of Non - IT Hiring

Location: Hyderabad- Banjara Hills

Reports to: Senior TA

Working Days: 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for non - IT roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, while effectively handling a substantial volume.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of staffing needs and devise effective strategies tailored for mass recruitment.
  • Foster and cultivate relationships with potential candidates, staffing agencies, and other recruitment partners, ensuring we can meet our volume hiring demands seamlessly.
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, internet search tools, networking by walking the malls and attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies
  • Demonstrate adeptness in candidate sourcing through a range of platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain meticulous candidate records within our advanced applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Engage actively in job fairs and similar recruitment events, capitalizing on opportunities to attract top-tier talent for high-volume recruitment.
  • Conduct crucial background checks and reference verifications as an integral part of the selection process.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive updates, along with detailed reports, on recruitment activities to the management.


Requirements:

  • A graduate/post graduate with a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, focusing on non-IT roles.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless interactions with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
  • Profound comprehension of the recruitment lifecycle and adeptness with industry best practices.
  • Preference for prior collaboration with reputable staffing agencies, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with external partners.
  • Proven hands-on familiarity with sourcing candidates through diverse online platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an enthusiastic team player.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous.
