Job Summary
Hanvok Group LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers and the ability to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and databases
* Conduct initial screening and behavioral/technical interviews
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
* Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates
* Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience
* Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
* Stay updated on industry trends, hiring tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
* Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
