Job Opportunity – HR Executive | Talent Acquisition
📍 Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

📌 Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Plan and conduct interview drives, walk-in drives, and recruitment activities across the region.
- Travel to different locations for recruitment drives, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder meetings.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Track recruitment progress, interview schedules, offers, and joining status through regular MIS/reporting.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT while maintaining candidate quality.
- Develop and maintain a strong local candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
Requirements
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver time-bound closures.
- Good knowledge of local talent markets and sourcing methods will be an advantage.
