Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill hiring requirements across various roles while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database/ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and support candidates during the offer rollout process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as closures, turnaround time, and source effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen and assess candidate profiles effectively.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring is preferred.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
