Core Responsibilities

Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms, including active & passive talent.
Hiring Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and drive the hiring process efficiently.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
Screening & Evaluation: Conduct structured HR screenings and behavioral interviews (Telephonic /video) to evaluate candidate competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Offer & Negotiation: Handle salary discussions, negotiate offers, and ensure successful candidate closures.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, update ATS, and track key hiring metrics like Time-to-Fill and Source of Hire.
Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social media platforms.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT/Technical hiring preferred)
Experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, or Energy sectors (BESS/EPC preferred)
Hands-on experience with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good negotiation and candidate handling skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting
Exposure to vendor/consultancy coordination.

Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or a relevant field preferred.
