Core Responsibilities- Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms, including active & passive talent.
- Hiring Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and drive the hiring process efficiently.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct structured HR screenings and behavioral interviews (Telephonic /video) to evaluate candidate competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, timely, and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Offer & Negotiation: Handle salary discussions, negotiate offers, and ensure successful candidate closures.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, update ATS, and track key hiring metrics like Time-to-Fill and Source of Hire.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives through job postings and social media platforms.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT/Technical hiring preferred)
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, or Energy sectors (BESS/EPC preferred)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good negotiation and candidate handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting
- Exposure to vendor/consultancy coordination.
Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or a relevant field preferred.
