Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located at our Thane office. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, crafting effective employer branding strategies, and supporting IT hiring initiatives. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent. You will play a critical role in helping the organization attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including end-to-end talent acquisition
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Familiarity with Employer Branding techniques and strategies
• Experience in Non IT Recruitment is highly desirable
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
