Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive based in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing recruitment processes, and fostering employer branding initiatives. The role also involves maintaining a talent pipeline and supporting IT recruitment efforts, ensuring that organizational staffing needs are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Hiring and Recruiting practices, from talent acquisition to onboarding
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, stakeholders, and team members
- Experience and knowledge in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
- Familiarity with IT Recruitment to address specialized hiring needs
- Organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Relevant work experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the mobility or tech sector
